We are seeking a Child and Adolescent Psychologist with expertise in psychological assessment to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be committed to culturally responsive care, collaborative practice, and supporting the diverse experiences of our community.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive psychological assessments for children and adolescents, including diagnostic evaluations, psychoeducational assessments, and ADHD/learning disorder evaluations.
Deliver evidence-based treatment for children, adolescents, and families, including individual, group, or family therapy when appropriate.
Collaborate with parents, schools, and healthcare providers to support client success across settings.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards.
Contribute to a positive, supportive, and inclusive team culture aligned with Metta Psychology Group’s values.
Qualifications
Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
Completion of an APA-accredited internship with child/adolescent training.
Licensed (or license-eligible) as a Psychologist in the State of Ohio.
Demonstrated expertise in psychological assessment with children and adolescents.
Strong commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and trauma-informed care.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Metta Psychology Group is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide care and support for our clinicians and clients. Metta Psychology Group is a well-established private practice of highly skilled mental health professionals committed to providing clients with solutions for personal growth and wellness. We are looking for a compassionate, dedicated administrative professional who will join us in cultivating loving-kindness, inclusivity, and empathy. Join our supportive, amazing team!
Administrative Assistant responsibilities include: greeting clients and taking care of clients’ needs, managing electronic scheduling and billing for clients and clinicians, answering telephones, filing, assisting clinicians with various administrative needs such as scanning documents, making copies, following up with clients, communication with collaterals, and light cleaning and tidying of the waiting area.
Qualified candidates will:
● Communicate in an effective, professional, and warm manner
● Diligently maintain confidentiality in all interactions with clinicians, clients, and collaterals
● Possess excellent organizational, written, and interpersonal skills
● Be proficient in computer-based scheduling, Gmail, Word, and Excel
Preferred qualifications:
● Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree
● Experience in an administrative assistant healthcare capacity or comparable field
